Challenge – Department Heads need to have a collaborative Mindset to get better conversion ratio.
Outcome – After the intervention, there was a paradigm shift to a Win-Win mindset and the team worked around the strengths of each other which helped them to enhance conversion ratio to 20%.
This program is creating leaders. I am now focused to be more organized. Focusing more on team and company growth. Creating Win-Win situation to help each other with internal departments.
